I have a cute project to share with you today, featuring July and August, a couple of lovely critters from the newest Sunshine Lake collection. So cute!
To begin, I stamped all the images with brown hybrid ink and colored them with Copic markers before carefully fussy cut them.
I stamped the beautiful Lake background on a white card stock panel and colored it with Copics, too. Finally, I masked the mountains and ink blended a soft layer of yellow-orange ink with a blender brush to create the sky.
Next, I die cut a dome window out of a white card stock panel and used it to frame my multidimensional scene. I used the Rocky Shore in the foreground and added a vellum layer in between to mute the background colors a bit.
I finished off my card by adding the sentiment from the Carnival/Fair Blurbs stamp set and mounting all the critters on the scene, using foam tape for dimension.
