So… don’t miss out on this great opportunity! It’s the right time to pick up all those beautiful stamps you always wanted!! :)
The sale will run from Friday, July 13th through Sunday July 22nd.
To celebrate POD anniversary I made a birthday card highlighting the Photographer set designed by Paislee Press.
This set has a huge potential and, as you can see, it can be easily used to create awesome designs as well as unique scrapbook pages. I really love when a single stamp set is so versatile and fun to use!
I started to work on this card by stamping Shadow and the camera from the Paislee Press Photographer set several times with Memento Tuxedo black ink and colored them with Copic markers. I added some details on the three camera lenses with my colorless blender in order to give them an eye-catching and more realistic look.
When my coloring was complete, I fussy cut all the images and stamped a couple of ink splats on a card base using Altenew Morning Frost dye ink. Then, I mounted all my colored elements in the middle of it, creating a balanced composition.
Next, I stamped the first part of the sentiment with gray dye ink and heat embossed the second half in silver on a strip of gray cardstock. The sentiment is from the Paislee Press Photographer set, too.
Finally, I filled the camera lenses with a generous layer of Glossy Accents – to suggest the idea of the lenses’ glass – and added some sequins as embellishment.
Hope you enjoy today’s project!
Thank you so much for stopping by!
Happy crafting and Happy Shopping!! :)
