I have a new summer card to share with you today, featuring the gorgeous Waving Elements die set combined with the Sea Charms die set and the Happy Birthday Gold & Silver Sentiment Strips by ModaScrap.
To begin, I die-cut the wavy shapes from the Waving Elements die set out of Pastel Frost, Pastel Sky and Pastel Royal Blue Double Face card stock, and mounted them on a card front using foam tape to pop some of them up for dimension.
Then, I die-cut a bunch of sea-themed charms using the dies included in the Sea Charms set and added them to my blue layers to complete their look. Here I used several Double Face card stock shades to create the charms: Pastel Coral for the corals, Pastel Yellow for the starfish, Pastel Green and Pastel Light Sage for the algae.
Finally, I added one of the beautiful silver sentiments from the Happy Birthday Gold & Silver Sentiment Strips set on my card front, along with some Semi Pearls Matte Silver as embellishment to finish its look off to perfection.
