A new sketch challenge is up on the MFT Blog and today I’d like to share a card inspired by this week’s sketch, featuring the super cute Flower Fairies stamp set and coordinating Die-namics.
I started to work on this card by stamping the lovely image from the Flower Fairies stamp set and colored it with Copic markers before die-cutting it using the matching die.
Next, I die-cut the main panel using one of the dies from the Inside & Out Stitched Rectangle STAX Die-namics set and stamped a couple of dandelions on it, using Sno Cone Premium dye ink for a softer look. For the outline layer, I used one of the beautiful patterned paper sheets from the Spring Whimsy Paper Pad.
Finally, I heat embossed the sentiment in white on a strip of Pineapple Prestige card stock and mounted it on my stamped panel, along with the cute pixie.
