Hi there!
It’s time for a new sketch challenge on the MFT Blog and today I’m sharing a card inspired by this week’s sketch, featuring the adorable Zippy Zebras stamp set and coordinating Die-namics.
I started to work on this card by stamping the funny zebra and colored it with Copics before die-cutting it using the coordinating die.
Next, I trimmed down a white card stock panel and ink blended some blue and green ink directly on it using a blender brush.
For the background, I cut two strips of patterned paper and adhered them on my card front, following the sketch. I mounted the ink blended panel in the middle of my card, using foam tape for dimension, and added the happy zebra.
I stamped the sentiment directly on the main panel, using Natural Hybrid ink and finished off my card by adding some colorful flowers and a couple of vellum clouds as embellishment.
It’s your turn now!
I hope you’ll play along with us! :)
