Hi there! Today I’m sharing a new card for the MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge 435 featuring the one of the adorable piglets from the BB Hog Heaven stamp set.
This set is definitely one of my favorites! All its cute little pigs along with the punny sentiments are just perfect for all occasions… :)
To begin, I colored the peeking pig and all the other elements with Copic markers and carefully fussy cut them.
I die-cut a stitched panel out of Primitive White card stock using one of the Stitched Rounded Rectangle Frames from the Blueprints 31 Die-namics. Then, I used one of the tiny flowers from the BB Hog Heaven to create a custom background on the panel, stamping it randomly with Natural dye ink. I trimmed the panel and mounted it on my card base, leaving a gap between the two cut pieces.
Finally, I heat embossed the sentiment on a strip of Limelight card stock and added it to my scene along with all the colored images.
