Hi there! Today I’m back with a card for My Favorite Things March Release Countdown Day 4.
All the new products will be available for purchase on Tuesday, March 10 at 10:00 am EDT.
My project features the amazing Stitched Garden Die-namics and the gorgeous Foiled Frames – Rectangle Die-namics.
I started to work on this card by die-cutting the flowers out of colored card stock using the amazingly detailed Stitched Garden Die-namics. I used: Peach Bellini Prestige card stock, Coral Crush Prestige card stock, Pineapple Prestige card stock, Sno Cone card stock and Lavender Fields Prestige card stock.
I used the Foiled Frames – Rectangle Die-namics to foil a beautiful gold frame on a white card stock panel and mounted the flowers on it, creating a colorful composition.
Next, I used my hot foil machine again with all the six nested pieces of the Foiled Frames – Rectangle Die-namics set and foiled them in gold on a Primitive Cream card stock panel, before die-cutting the main sentiment out of it. I used one of the sentiments included in the Framed Die-namics set.
Finally, I mounted the sentiment on my card front and added some tiny little critters, from the Double the Fun stamp set, peeking out from the flowers. Such fun! :)
Visit the MFT Blog for a closer look at the new products revealed today and for more inspiration from the DT. See you again tomorrow for my Countdown Day 3 project!
Thank you so much for stopping by!
Happy crafting!
