We’ve reached the final day of the countdown, the MFT February Release Countdown wraps up today! Your new favorite products arrive tomorrow, February 8 at 10:00 am EST.
I have a slimline box card to share with you today featuring the adorable Purr-fect Pairs stamp set combined with the Mini Slimline Outside the Box Level Up Die-namics and the Mini Slimline Outside the Box Clouds Die-namics.
To begin, I created the slimline box structure. I die-cut the box base out of Sno Cone card stock and the background arch out of Heavyweight Translucent Vellum, using the dies from the Mini Slimline Outside the Box Level Up Die-namics set. Then, I used the brand new Mini Slimline Outside the Box Clouds Die-namics to die-cut the several puffy clouds inserts.
Next, I mounted the shelves inside my box card, equally spaced, and added an extra layer of clouds directly on my background mat, adhering it on my vellum panel after cutting down the foldable tabs.
This marvelous slimline shadow box folds flat to 6 3/8” x 3 1/4” when assembled, in order to fit an envelope, but pops up immediately when it comes out of it, revealing all its layers and dimensions. Such fun!! :)
After that, I stamped the adorable kittens and a bunch of balloons from the Purr-fect Pairs stamp set and cut them out using the matching dies before coloring them with Copic Markers, adding some details here and there with a white gel pen for added interest.
I stamped the sentiment using Summer Splash Premium dye ink and adhered it to my box’s front.
Finally, I added all the cute images on my puffy inserts, using some acetate strips to make them float in the air, creating a lovely birthday scene.
