Hello and welcome to the MFT December Release New Product Launch! Yay! :)
All of the new amazing products we’ve been sharing for the past few days are NOW available at My Favorite Things!
My project for today’s New Product Launch celebration is a slimline box card featuring the super fun Favorite Friends stamp set, the previously released Mini Slimline Outside the Box Die-namics and the newest Mini Slimline Outside the Box Grassy Hills Die-namics.
To begin, I created the slimline box structure.
I used the dies included in the Mini Slimline Outside the Box Die-namics to die-cut the box base out of Chantilly Cream card stock and the background mat out of Heavyweight Translucent Vellum.
Then, I used the Mini Slimline Outside the Box Grassy Hills Die-namics to die-cut the grassy shelves out of Sour Apple card stock and splattered them with some white ink for added interest.
When the ink dried, I carefully assembled the box, inserting all the shelves into it, perfectly spaced.
Next, I stamped some of the adorable critters from the Favorite Friends stamp set and colored them with Copic Markers before cutting them out using the matching Die-namics.
Finally, I heat embossed the sentiment in white on a strip of Candied Yam Prestige card stock and adhered it on my box card along with all the stamped images to finish its look off to perfection!
