Hello friends! It’s time for a new sketch challenge on the MFT Blog and today I’m sharing a card inspired by this week’s sketch (WSC 433), featuring the adorable Owl my Love stamp set. I really love their doodled patterns, they’re so eye-catching and unique!

To create this card, I die-cut a stitched oval out of white card stock, using one of the shapes from the Inside & Out Stitched Oval STAX Die-namics. I ink blended some Abandoned Coral Distress ink behind it and added some spattered accents using the small splotches from the Distressed Patterns stamp set.
Next, I colored the cute owlet with my Copic markers and carefully fussy cut it, before adding it to my scene.
Finally, I heat embossed the sentiment in white on a strip of Sour Apple card stock and added a bunch of sparkling clear sequins as embellishment.

It’s your turn now. I hope you’ll play along with us!
Make sure to check out the MFT Blog for more information about the challenge and more inspiration from the participating design team members.
Thank you so much for stopping by!
Happy crafting!!!
